SOUL Journey Program Model
The program consists of four retreats, each of 5 days duration and spread across 18 months starting July 7th 2025. The subsequent retreats will be held in Jan 2026, July 2026 and January 2027.

The SOUL Journey Program guides you through Waking, Walking, Wrestling, and Working —a transformative path to deepen spiritual formation and strengthen ministry.
WAKING
Awaken to the ongoing work of Soul Formation.
Begin to discover who you truly are in Christ—and how He longs to meet you and shape your inner life. Learn the foundational principles of spiritual guidance and explore how spiritual direction functions in the life of a believer.
WRESTLING
Enter into honest spaces where brokenness, suffering, and captivity are not avoided—but explored as part of God’s shaping process.
Learn how to sit with the pain of others in your care, and discern the quiet, redemptive work of the Spirit in their lives as well as your own.
WALKING
Step into rhythms that make space for God to do His transforming work.
Practice spiritual guidance within TRIADS (three-member groups), learning to listen deeply and ask Spirit-led, discerning questions.
Embrace habits that realign your daily walk with the ways of Jesus.
WORKING
Move towards crafting a personal and communal strategy for spiritual transformation.
Apply what you’ve learned in your life, ministry, and leadership. Learn to accompany others on their formation journey—helping cultivate renewal in individuals, teams, and communities.

How Soul Journey Works?
Each module gently guides you to grow in faith and calling—through immersive retreats, guided learning, and Spirit-led direction. You’ll step into a rhythm of deep spiritual formation and real-life application.
Our Approach
1. Spiritual Formation Training
In the busyness of leading, Soul Journey offers space to tend your soul—recovering sacred rhythms and practices that nurture lasting spiritual health.
2. Spiritual Direction Training
Experience the gift of a spiritual director or a ‘soul friend’ and also learn to be one to others. Between retreats, you will engage in Group Spiritual Direction to deepen this practice.
3. Practical Application in Ministry
Soul Journey equips you to bring spiritual depth into your leadership—whether in church, marketplace, or community—so that your renewal ripple into a movement of spiritual transformation.
Rhythm & Schedule
The Soul Journey India Cohort meets four times over 18 months—each gathering is a 5-day in-person retreat. Participants are expected to commit to the full journey, as each retreat builds upon the previous one.
Note: Between each retreat, there is a rhythm of preparation and reflection:
Ramp-Up: Includes reading 1–2 assigned books and participating in two Zoom calls for discussion and orientation.
Ramp-Down: Offers time for reflection, application, and ongoing group direction.
